Carnegie Robotics Internship

In the summer of 2023, I interned at Carnegie Robotics, where I worked on the DARPA Racer program. This program aims to develop technology for unmanned ground vehicles to navigate challenging off-road terrain at high speeds. During my time there, I helped design the rear sensor mount and casing, as well as the vehicle's control panel and side storage panels. I created detailed engineering drawings to communicate design specifications clearly and learned about sheet metal design for manufacturing. I also worked efficiently under tight deadlines and presented my work to DARPA representatives.
