GE Appliances Internship

During my junior year of undergrad, I interned with GE Appliances, working with the Innovation Studios team to develop new products. I worked on Sage, an all-season indoor garden that combines a fridge and a hydroponics system. The product features a rotating mechanism that allows customers to grow three different walls of plants, with a built-in system for watering and nutrient delivery. My tasks included standardizing the fasteners used, improving the water management system, and creating prototypes to help control root movement.
